The SmartStart Plan

There are just 5 basic steps involved with taking your CRM needs from a wish list through to a fully implemented solution:

1. Discovery Workshop

This initial step involves running a business process and requirements workshop to confirm:

  • Modules that will form the structure of your CRM database

  • Process stages involved with sales management - from lead capture through to sales closure

  • Business rules and automation requirements (e.g. data validation rules and web integration)

  • Data access model (based on roles and profiles)

  • Key custom reports and dashboard layouts

2. Core Configuration

The application is then set up and configured to deliver the core solution, based on the outputs of the Discovery stage. This includes configuration of:

  • Standard organisation settings

  • Email deliverability

  • Required standard data modules and associated page layout logic

  • Lead to Deal mapping & conversion logic

  • Pipeline structure for managing deals, and any associated workflows

  • Integration with your Accounting Software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc)

  • Website integration (to capture new leads)

  • Reports & Dashboard

3. User Review Workshop

During this second workshop, we will demonstrate the solution to Users - and engage their feedback on any final change requirements.

4. Complete Configuration

With your change requests in mind, we will update the configuration to ensure it meets your Day 1 needs:

  • Applying any new user requirements noted during the User Review workshop

  • Setting up data security model

5. Solution Deployment

This final stage involves all steps required to ensure users are trained and the system can go-live:

  • Loading data (for existing Accounts, Contacts and Products)

  • Setting up User records

  • Delivering User Training
